Rules:
•Teams must stay together for the entire period of the race.
No individual may leave the group to complete a task.
チームは最初から最後まで一緒に行動すること。誰も離れてはいけない
•This is designed as a race, all teams must attempt to complete all 8 tasks.
レースなので、全てのチームは8チャレンジの全てに挑戦しないといけない
•Your team has been specifically selected to allow the coaching staff to observe players behaviours and attitudes whilst working together within your team.
コーチは、チームとして、協力する行動と態度を見るために、メンバーを選びました
•All participants should carry a bottle of water
全てのメンバーは水を持つこと
•Tasks can be completed in any order and it is suggested that teams devise a plan prior to starting to the race.
チャレンジはどの順番でやってもいいし、始める前に計画を作る
•Teams will need to source a map to assist in their race planning.
計画作りに地図が必要
•Teams have 2 ½ hours to complete all 8 activities
８つのチャレンジを2時間半で完全に遂行する

Tasks:　チャレンジ
・Mt Hodo Shrine – at the top of the mountain teams must get a group photo in front of the shrine. Teams are not permitted to use the cable car.
宝登山神社奥宮 – 山頂の神社でチームの集合写真を撮る。ロープウェーに乗ってはいけない
・Iwadatami Riverside Area – teams must take two photos
岩畳川添 - チームは写真を2枚撮影する
・a photo of the waterfall
明神の滝の写真
・from the stairs looking down towards the boat drop off
屋形船の発着点へ降りる階段の写真
・Shinshoji Temple – teams must take a photo of a individual with the statue out the front
真性寺 – 境内にある南無大師の銅像の横に1人で立っている写真を撮影する
・Kami-Nagatoro Station – teams must get a minimum of 1 train ticket from Kami-Nagatoro Station to Nagatoro Station
上長瀞駅 – 上長瀞から長瀞までの切符を最低でも、1枚購入する
・Nagatoro Green Hotel – teams must get a price list outlining the price of 1 nights accommodation.
長瀞グリーンホテル – 1泊の料金表を入手する
・Nagatoro Entry Arch – teams are to take a photo of the entry arch

・Welcia Drug Store – teams must go to the Welcia Drug Store and purchase some allergy tablets
ウェルシアドラッグストア - ウェルシアドラッグストアに行って、アレルギー薬を購入する

Finish:
After completing all 8 tasks teams must assemble at the Tsuki-no Ishi Momiji Park next to the Saitama Museum of Natural History for Lunch and the rafting activity.
全ての8チャレンジが終わってから、県立自然の博物館の隣の月の石もみじ公園で集合する。その後、昼ご飯を食べてラフティングに行く。

If teams have not completed all tasks for some reason at 1.15pm they are to stop and make their way directly to Tsuki-no Ishi Momiji Park
如何なる理由でも、1時15分までに全てを終了していない場合、その場で終了して、直接、月の石もみじ公園に行く

The first team to arrive at Tsuki-no Ishi Momiji Park with all 8 tasks completed will be deemed the WINNER.
全ての8チャレンジが終わって、先に月の石もみじ公園に到着したチームがWINNER
